Story so far

Since Sir Jim Ratcliffe announced Project Grenadier in 2017, our team at INEOS Automotive has grown rapidly. From a start-up to the scaled business we are now, we've hit some huge milestones along the way.

Despite some global challenges, we brought our first vehicle, the INEOS Grenadier, from a vision to prototype and to market in just five years.

And now, as the first customer deliveries of our INEOS Grenadier have begun, we look to the future with our first all-electric vehicle.

Platform Product Owner
The Platforms Product Owner will play a critical role in setting, prioritising, and evaluating the development requirements across the SAP C4C Sales and Service cloud platform and SAP S4 Hana, working closely with business stakeholders, Customer Service team and developers to manage and support the delivery of high-quality product features and functionality

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Take the lead of scrum/delivery teams as the C4C Product Owner
Engage closely with business stakeholders to understand and shape the product vision
Oversee and manage Business Analyst/s to ensure the business requirements are robust and clearly documented.
Manage C4C customisations and configurations, Report and dashboard creations, data workbench activities, web service monitoring and workflows
Provide direction to development teams, utilising Agile delivery methodology to create and manage requirements, ensuring the team has the required tasks to work on
Consult with the business and developers to plan and prioritise feature backlog and development for the product
Work closely with Solution Architecture lead to understand dependencies and impacts of planned development across the wider digital landscape
Define product vision, roadmap and growth opportunities
Working with IT, Regional Operations and Customer Service to understand user queries and issues to support the triage of these accordingly

What we are looking for:

Experience working on SAP C4C Sales and Service, across multiple functions
Experience working within the automotive industry desired
SAP C4C Service and Sales Cloud certification highly advantageous
Previous experience with SAP S/4 desired and SAP Emarsys desired
Experience with matters across the full product lifecycle: product launch, regulatory compliance, CSR, corrective actions, product liability litigation desirable
