The opportunity

An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Client Servicing Specialist to join a busy team within Buchan Wealth Management to provide an account management/relationship management service to the firm's client bank.

The role

The person

You will have previously worked within investment management administration or a wealth management environment where you have been managing client accounts/relationships and have good all-round knowledge which you are looking to expand and develop.

As you will have regular contact with clients, it is essential that you are professional and confident in dealing with people and can work with total discretion.

You will have excellent communication and organisational skills, a keen eye for detail and will thrive under pressure.

You will be IT proficient (ideally using Salesforce or similar CRM system) enjoy problem solving and be a confident decision maker.

A relevant qualification such as the FPC or progress towards the Level 4 Diploma would be a distinct advantage as well as management or team leadership experience.
