Your role as a Digital Marketing Manager will be a collaborative one, working directly with other departments internally, your position will be focused on acquiring new customers as well as supporting our existing customers by promoting new products.
Your responsibilities as our Digital Marketing Manager will include:

  • Developing the marketing strategy for the company in line with company objectives
  • Managing all associated budgeted KPIs, lead or new customer generation on and offline, traffic generation, social reach and engagement, brand awareness, cost attribution and ROI
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns across all channels
  • Planning and implementing brand campaigns
  • Undertaking budgetary control and planning
  • Preparing digital and printed marketing collateral including Mail shot, SMS, Flyers and other on and offline strategies
  • Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing communications
  • Creating a wide range of different marketing materials for use by internal and external customers
  • Working closely with design agencies and managing all aspects of the creative process
  • Working closely with all internal teams, especially product and new business development,
  • Paid advertising and social media managers.
  • Maintaining effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
  • Taking brand ownership including proposition, position and development
  • Identifying trends and insights, and optimising spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorming new and creative growth strategies
  • Collaborating with internal teams to test and create awesome customer journeys which are trackable and measurable to improve customer engagement.

What we are looking for in our Digital Marketing Manager:

  • A strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies
  • The ability to lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution within budget and on time
  • 35 years' experience in a marketing environment
  • A track record of brand growth strategies
  • Proven experience and knowledge of printed media and CRM techniques
  • A highly creative individual with experience in identifying target audiences and devising multichannel campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • The ability to think outside the box, and lead from the front whilst maintaining the ability to roll up the sleeves and get stuck in
  • Understanding of how to engage consumers to build brands
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools. (e.g., Google analytics and emerging WebTrends)
  • Experience in all forms of marketing investment on and offline
  • A confident and persuasive communicator
  • Uptodate knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in multichannel marketing and measurement
  • The ability to respond well under pressure in a dynamic environment.
  • Appreciation of digital asset management and creative
