Salary:
£47,276 - £60,361**
Location: Wednesbury with hybrid working

We work across a variety of industries using the latest technology to help build a better energy future.Right now, we're looking for an Asset Management Specialist to join our UK Solutions team based at Wednesbury. Here you'll manage the performance of our smart metering assets, taking ownership for maintenance policies and asset risk management.
You'll also undertake continual analysis of asset data to develop proactive and reactive maintenance plans to maximise the customer journey experience, minimise customer impact and maximise asset investment.
Key responsibilities include
- Identifying, implementing and reporting on asset performance and condition.
- Assessing the quality of date used in any analysis.
- Developing proactive and reactive maintenance plans for all meter assets.
- Supporting the procurement process for new asset classes.
- Providing input and direction to key stakeholders in Smart Field Operations.
- Developing metering policies and key elements of the Strategic Asset Management Plan.
- Ensuring regulatory compliance regarding asset class maintenance plans.
- Providing insight, analysis and data to support the resolution of technical issues with metering assets in the field.
- Developing business policies and investment cases for undertaking maintenance or asset replacement.
What we need from you:
- Demonstrable experience of Asset Management gained within a similar role.
- Experience of employing analytical skills to data sets to enable decision making and to build business cases.
- Experience of using asset management software packages and management of data quality based on these.
- Demonstratable ability to communicate concepts and ideas effectively at all relevant management levels.
- A selfmotivated and enthusiastic individual with ability to work on you own in addition to being a team player.
It would be great if you also had
- Achieved the IAM Certificate/Diploma in Asset Management.
- Possess an indepth knowledge and understanding of the current metering industry structure and trends.
- Experience of managing projects and owning delivery of change.
- Full driving licence.

- The salary for this role is £47,276 £60,36
- This role is based at our Wednesbury office; Unit A Patent Drive, Moorcroft Park, Wednesbury, WS10 7XD. We operate a hybrid working approach with a blend of office working and home working.
