Technical Project Executive

£30,000 - £35,000

Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire

  • Do you have knowledge of AV, IT, Network equipment and an understanding of the production environment?

  • In this role you will be split between the office and onsite, supporting the operations and account management team and working across all departments to help manage the delivery of projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:


  • Office_
  • Taking responsibility for and leading individual projects as assigned
  • Prepare quotations from Client and Technical Team briefs
  • Produce events liaising across teams through the organisation, keeping clients up to date with the status of projects
  • Plan and manage resources with the coordination team related to Transport, flights and event logistics & equipment
  • Managing the budget of projects, providing reports displaying financial efficiency, and suggesting improvements
  • Maintain a safe working environment for all involved
  • Onsite_
  • Manage clients and their expectations, keeping them in the loop about delays, and likely timelines
  • Own and lead projects
  • Be the principal contact for clients related to the projects you own
  • Represent the organisation onsite, always maintaining the highest standards
  • Plan and oversee onsite preparations and delivery

Requirements:


About you

  • You will have knowledge of AV, IT, Network equipment and an understanding of the production environment
  • Flexibility to work weekends and for potentially extended periods away from home would be advantageous
  • A proactive 'Cando' approach to work, being able to work across the business where needed
  • You're selfmotivated and can identify your own areas of development and actively seek out training
  • You'll need to be able to lead, manage and develop a diverse team, being able to motivate them to work towards a common goal
