Your Responsibilities:

Effectively schedule works for Engineers and prioritise appointments as they occur throughout the evolving working day
Communicate well with the team and work on your initiative
To be the single point of contact for anything administrationrelated
To be the point of contact support for all queries from customers, clients, and residents
Assist in dealing with incoming emergency calls from residents and clients
Provide excellent customer service skills to customers, clients and residents
Have previous experience in an office environment and handling clients requests and calls.
Experience with CRM or inhouse database systems
Experience in scheduling works for multiple engineers/Workforce
Excellent IT skills and a confident telephone manner
Experience within the property industry (desirable)
