Description

Our client, an international company, is looking to recruit a first class Customer Service Executive to join their friendly team.

This role is paying between £22k and £25k plus benefits and comes with free parking.
Duties include

Processing orders, quotes and returns
Following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any queries
Providing info regarding availability of stock
Providing customers with cross selling and up selling opportunities and offers on products and promotional items
Taking part in web chats with customers

Skills/Experience

Previous experience in a similar customer service role
Excellent administration skills, superb attention to detail
Highly organised, able to remain calm
Excellent problem solver
