Description

Our client, an international company, is looking to recruit a first class Customer Service Executive to join their friendly team.

This role is paying between £22k and £25k plus benefits and comes with free parking.
Duties include

  • Processing orders, quotes and returns
  • Following up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any queries
  • Providing info regarding availability of stock
  • Providing customers with cross selling and up selling opportunities and offers on products and promotional items
  • Taking part in web chats with customers
Skills/Experience

  • Previous experience in a similar customer service role
  • Excellent administration skills, superb attention to detail
  • Highly organised, able to remain calm
  • Excellent problem solver
