Job Title Steering Systems Technical Expert

As our next Steering Systems Technical Expert, you'll be instrumental in driving future product development and reviewing all technical documentations.

Your remit will be to consider future developments at AML, inside the technology industry and cover gaps within the team.

To excel in this role, you'll need to be confident, proactive, and skilled at multi-tasking.

You'll be working with a team of experts, responsible for leading them and ensuring the successful delivery of engineering releases.

Your day-to-day activities will include future product development, reviewing technical documentations, providing support, leadership, and mentorship to the component owners.

The Key Requirements...

Proven experience of Steering System components delivery will be required with Managerial or Technical Expertise of the section
Experience with Electric Power Steering system sizing and features definition
Knowledge of Engineering Quality processes and tools such as DFMEA, 6sigma, 8D
