Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and organising legal files and documents
  • Drafting legal correspondence and documents
  • Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and court appearances
  • Assisting with legal research and factfinding
  • Managing the flow of legal paperwork, including filing and serving legal documents
  • Providing support to the legal team as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong organisational and timemanagement skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Experience in a legal administrative role is preferred
