Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and organising legal files and documents
- Drafting legal correspondence and documents
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and court appearances
- Assisting with legal research and factfinding
- Managing the flow of legal paperwork, including filing and serving legal documents
- Providing support to the legal team as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and timemanagement skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience in a legal administrative role is preferred
