Are you someone who is passionate about Training and Compliance?

At Saint Gobain Isover we are looking for to work in our Training and Compliance coordinator, helping to deliver comprehensive training schedules ensuring compliance standards are met.

This Training and Compliance coordinator will be an integral part of our team at Runcorn.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering a comprehensive training programme to ensure all team members are trained to a compliant level.

Saint Gobain Isover is one of 30 Saint-Gobain brand's and is the worldwide leader in insulation solutions with 10,000 people in more than 30 countries supported by 49 production sites.

This role is a Monday to Friday position and has flexibility on start / finish times such as 8am -4pm or 9am -5pm

What we're looking for:

Experience of working in a Manufacturing and Engineering environment in a training and compliance role.
String data gathering and analysis skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication and the ability to influence and manage across a matrix organisation.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple simultaneous priorities

What you will be doing:

Working with stakeholders across the matrix to identify skills and training gaps within their teams.
Coordination of training and developmental opportunities
Ensuring the team is up to compliance and safety standard and that their skills are refreshed at the required intervals
Building and developing a comprehensive training and developmental programme
