Commercial Litigation Solicitor

SALARY:
Circa £30,000 - £40,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:


Due to expansion the litigation team have identified the need for an additional Litigation Lawyer to join the team and deal with a varied caseload of litigation matters including both commercial and civil litigation matters.

The role will be challenging andinclude advising across the broad range of commercial litigation including insolvency disputes, company and shareholder disputes, contract disputes, property litigation as well as professional negligence matters.


THE CANDIDATE:


Suitable Commercial Litigation Solicitors or Legal Executives will have a strong track record in dealing with all types of litigation matters including both commercial and civil litigation.

The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor will have gained relevantexperience within a reputable regional practice and be looking for a supportive team where you can see your career flourish.

The chosen Commercial Litigation Solicitor will ideally have had some exposure
