Field Service Technician

Remote, Permanent work (Northwest) with a forwardthinking company_
Salary £30,000 £35,000 per year DOE_

Are you?

Experienced working in the forklift industry or from a similar background
Electrical Biased
Able to troubleshoot, test, repair and service technical equipment.
English literate
Able to work flexible hours.
Able to work away from home (Maximum of 3 Nights per week) if required.
Experienced and knowledgeable of both AC and DC motors

Do you?

Have proven field service experience.
Have extensive experience in Mechanical Engineering, Auto Electrical Engineering including a wide range of equipment such as material handling, lifting products and/or electric trucks.
Have a full and clean driving licence.
Have a technical degree or certification (Not Essential)

The Field Service Technician responsibilities

Service and repair of vast range of electric powered trucks and lifting equipment.
Advanced fault finding, diagnostics.
Provide timely and detailed service reports.
Follow all company's procedures and protocols.
Van stock management
Cooperate with technical team and share information across the organisation.
Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings.
LOLER & Thorough examinations
Build positive relationships with customers.
