Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a full time estate agent, working for an independent agency.

You must have a full U.K. driving licence and have access to your own vehicle

Live in the Bristol, Bath, Gloucester or south Gloucestershire area

Have Excellent communication skills

Have Good IT skills

Have Estate agent experience (1 year minimum)

Have negotiation skills and a natural sales ability

Be compassionate

Estate agent duties will involve;
Booking property valuation

Carrying out property valuations which includes meeting potential clients

Listing properties on the open market

Booking viewings

Carrying out viewings accompanied by potential buyers

Liaising with solicitors, mortgage lenders and surveyors (sales progression)

The normal working hours are 9am-5pm Monday - Friday

However Flexible hours are preferable, for example if a valuation is needed on an evening or weekend, time in lieu will be given

Salary

£21,000 - £24,000 per year plus commission
