Seven Social Care are looking for a Maintenance Surveyor to cover the south of the UK.


The role:


This role involves providing an predictable, reliable and consistent outcomes to all Home Group customers, colleagues and stakeholders in the delivery of your work as a Surveyor.

Primarily you'll be aligned to one of two work streams within the Maintenancefunction; Voids and Responsive or Safety and Compliance.

Applicant Requirements:


Qualifications:

RICS or CIOB accredited Building Surveying degree or similar qualification


Experience:
Experience of working in a Surveyor role or similar technical property maintenance team with current knowledge of building construction, repairs and safety that you can speak about and implement with confidence


Compliance:
Recent DBS check.


Travel:
Clean UK driving license with access to a car with business insurance


Hours:37.5 hours p/w.
