Description

In your role as a Customer Success Agent, you will be part of our ambitious and fast paced Operations team and will be responsible for providing an unrivalled customer experience.


Your impact- Owning customer experience, as the first point of support and response for our customers

  • Shape the support function process, tools and strategy for short and medium term success
  • Drive customer satisfaction and ultimately value delivered to the customer
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement across the business, advocating for the customer experience
  • Set, monitor and review KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
