Our client based in Coventry are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis.


Please note, there is definitely a permanent role available following a successful temporary period.

Main duties include:

  • Inputting orders into inhouse system and keeping customers up to date throughout process.
  • Send orders through to despatch team.
  • Liaising with internal and external departments to ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner.
  • Prepare relevant paperwork.
  • Handling any order/billing queries and ensure they are resolved.
  • Manage export documentation and prepare commercial invoices.
  • Prepare invoices and send to customers.
  • Liaise with buyers to obtain delivery dates and inform customers.
  • General administrative duties as required to support the team.
  • Have excellent IT skills and able to learn new systems.
  • Have previous sales administration experience.
  • Must be able to work within a fastpaced environment, dealing with issues in a timely manner.
  • Must be extremely organised and able to work to tight deadlines.
This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday.


Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
