Sales Administrator - Coventry, United Kingdom - Alma Personnel
Description
Our client based in Coventry are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis.
Please note, there is definitely a permanent role available following a successful temporary period.
Main duties include:
- Inputting orders into inhouse system and keeping customers up to date throughout process.
- Send orders through to despatch team.
- Liaising with internal and external departments to ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner.
- Prepare relevant paperwork.
- Handling any order/billing queries and ensure they are resolved.
- Manage export documentation and prepare commercial invoices.
- Prepare invoices and send to customers.
- Liaise with buyers to obtain delivery dates and inform customers.
- General administrative duties as required to support the team.
- Have excellent IT skills and able to learn new systems.
- Have previous sales administration experience.
- Must be able to work within a fastpaced environment, dealing with issues in a timely manner.
- Must be extremely organised and able to work to tight deadlines.
Salary:
£25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
