Service Coordinator - Chandlers Ford - £26,000 - Office based 5 days a week - Full time hours
We are looking for an experienced Service Coordinator for established and fast growing business based in Chandlers Ford.
You must be used to working in a fast paced environment where you have to think on your feet and continuously manage your time effectively.
You will be the link between clients and engineers, and you must have the ability to keep calm and provide an exceptional service.

Service Coordinator duties include:
- Coordinating a team of external engineers to cover breakdowns and managing clients expectations
- Making outbound calls to arrange service visits and to ensure that the customer is happy with work carried out
- Building a rapport with customers by engaging with them in a friendly and professional manner
- Prioritise and schedule breakdowns, ensuring you address customer needs with a goal of complete satisfaction while maintaining accurate company records.
- Review and action all site visit reports by communicating with the attending engineer and customer.
- Ensure all site visit reports are actioned and invoiced promptly.
- Escalate issues to manager as and when required
Key skills
- Previous experience in a similar role or customer service type role.
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear articulation.
- Ability to multitask, manage time, whilst staying calm under pressure
- Ability to solve problems and alleviate conflicts or escalate where required.
- Flexible approach to working within a fastpaced service environment.
