Working within our Virtual field team we have a really exciting opportunity to become
Operations Co-ordinator, where your primary focus will be to efficiently coordinate incoming tasks into the team through various communication methods.


You'll be involved in numerous daily activities such as liaising with different departments & stakeholders and triaging calls through to our Virtual Field Team, scheduling, and New Connections.

You'll also play a key part driving our team performance, with the aim of improving our ODIs.


Plus, as our new Operation Coordinator you will have a customer first mindset as you will be tasked with providing our Virtual Field team with the information they need to resolve any customer queries at first point of contact.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE ROLE

Your key accountabilities in helping us will be:

  • You'll be Assisting the Virtual DST function meet customer demand in a timely manner in order to provide an industry leading service.
  • You'll Coordinate live call queues by speaking directly to customers, providing information relating to the query and where required assigning video callbacks as appropriate to the task (leakage/lead replacement etc.)
  • You'll also coordinate/schedule work to him/her in accordance with the Companies service level agreements or customer service standards and deliver task required.
  • You'll aid in delivering excellent customer service in accordance with the Companies policies and standards with an aim to deliver the job right first time.
  • Exhibit the right behaviours and responsibilities described in the behaviours model and to support continual improvement.
