Are you a Teaching Assistant looking for some more flexibility on hours to spend time with your family?If so, we have the opportunity you're looking for.

Being a Supply Teaching Assistant is all about you. If you can't work until you've done the school run, that's fine, we can work with that. If you can only work on days you have childcare, absolutely no problem.


Whatever working pattern it is that you're looking for, Class People will go out and find the right job for you.


As a Teaching Assistant with Class People, you might have:

  • Experience in supporting students in a school setting as a Teaching Assistant
  • Helped students to monitor and progress their knowledge and understanding
  • Be able to sensitively deal with challenging behaviour
  • A positive and sensitive approach, putting the needs of the students above all else
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
