Our client is seeking for a Recruitment Administrator to join their team in our Gloucester based office (Quedgeley),
we do not offer remote working.
The hours offered are:
, or Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant
- Supporting the HR Manager with admin duties
- Managing UK & International Recruitment of new employees, carrying out reference requests, making offers and managing their transition towards starting on shift.
- Build the company brand through advertising on job boards, local advertising and social media.
- Liaise with Training Team on new starters.
- Carrying out references for current employee.
- Chasing compliance.
- DBS checks for new and existing employees.
- Managing the daytoday administration tasks including updating of documents and employees records.
- Ensuring excel spreadsheets are kept up to date.
- Attending local job fairs and recruitment forums.
- Refresh job boards.
Requirements of a Recruitment Consultant
- To be hardworking and reliable.
- Have a passion about the job role you are undertaking.
- Able to follow our values and beliefs.
- Be able to communicate effectively whilst conducting interviews and telephone conversations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
