Description

Our client is seeking for a Recruitment Administrator to join their team in our Gloucester based office (Quedgeley),
we do not offer remote working.

This is to cover their current Recruitment Administrators maternity leave through to January 2024. With the current growth of the company, it is a very real possibility of this becoming a permanent position.

The hours offered are:

Responsibilities of a Recruitment Consultant

  • Supporting the HR Manager with admin duties
  • Managing UK & International Recruitment of new employees, carrying out reference requests, making offers and managing their transition towards starting on shift.
  • Build the company brand through advertising on job boards, local advertising and social media.
  • Liaise with Training Team on new starters.
  • Carrying out references for current employee.
  • Chasing compliance.
  • DBS checks for new and existing employees.
  • Managing the daytoday administration tasks including updating of documents and employees records.
  • Ensuring excel spreadsheets are kept up to date.
  • Attending local job fairs and recruitment forums.
  • Refresh job boards.

Requirements of a Recruitment Consultant

  • To be hardworking and reliable.
  • Have a passion about the job role you are undertaking.
  • Able to follow our values and beliefs.
  • Be able to communicate effectively whilst conducting interviews and telephone conversations.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.
