What you'll be doing
The role of the integrated management system (IMS) team is to ensure that Thames Water's management systems are developed, maintained and improved and that the requirements are embedded in operating practices across the business to ensure Thames Water is compliant with its legal and regulatory obligations.
The purpose of this role is to ensure that the documented management system is kept up to date and to support ease of access for the end user.
Key accountabilities
- Creating new pages, editing existing pages, updating links
- Checking documentation which we have linked is up to date/latest version
- Acting on change requests
- Managing app access requests (adding and removing users) and providing relevant approvals
- Managing the alarm change requests to respond to status changes to ensure the site information is consistent and up to date
- Managing the operational waivers and responding to status changes to ensure the site information is consistent and up to date
- Monitoring and reporting monthly usage figures
- Managing and responding to adhoc requests in the management system team inbox.
- Resolving problems with digital apps and their associated SharePoint tables
We're looking for you to
- Be competent with the use of IT systems and standard office software.
- Have good knowledge of Sharepoint
- Experience of designing, improving and implementing processes and standards
