In People Resource Management (PRM) we are excited to have an incredibly skilled work unit of highly qualified supervisors, ready to support our projects and ad hoc assignments in Europe and beyond.

Our supervisors and inspectors work on activities in quality on-/offshore, supporting some of the largest wind farm projects in the world.

They are exposed daily to large wind turbine components. This entails working on large scale components which requires a mindset of safety and great leadership skills.

Responsibilities

  • Project and resource planning of personnel
  • Recruit, motivate and assist your team and encourage quality while ensuring safe execution of work
  • Ensure that the Vestas personal development plans (CPD) for the team members are identified and followed up on
  • Ensure that all training plans are up to date and aligned with the business' needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide the necessary guidance and governance to ensure compliance with Vestas policies and procedures
  • Ensure that the Vestas Core Values are adhered to

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in a similar role
  • Experience in team building, motivating, and building employee satisfaction & development
  • SAP and MS Office suite knowledge
  • Distance management skills
  • Demonstrate Vestas core values
  • Simplicity, Collaboration, Accountability and Passion
  • Full driver's licence
  • Great spoken and written communication skills in English

  • You are an organised, proactive and team orientated professional with great leadership and collaboration skills, who can develop, lead, and motivate a team
  • You can supervise meetings/teams/projects with an organised and methodical approach
  • Good coordinating and planning skills with the ability to prioritise and coordinate own workload in an efficient manner

Warrington, UK or Aarhus, DK

Expected travel:
up to 50 days per year
