Adecco are proud to be working with a well known financial company looking for an administration professional.This is a long term opportunity and offers progression and growth within the company
The role is to offer support and guidance within an already established team and would suit someone with both Admin and Customer Service skills.
Areas of Responsibility:
1. To ensure the daily post is opened and scanned to the desired quality by midday deadline.
2. To print the days letters and communications generated by the Administration team.
3. To insert flyers as appropriate and ensure GDPR procedures are adhered to when enveloping the days post.
4. To ensure all letters are printed and delivered to the Business Support team for mailing on a daily basis by the postal deadline advised by Business Support.
5. Ad hoc administration duties as advised by the Administration Manager.
6. To comply with the Data Protection Policy when dealing with personal data in the course of employment including personal data relating to any employee, customer, client, supplier or agent of the Company.
Monday to Friday 35 Hours a week ( Full Time)
Salary £22,500 per annum £ 11.26ph per hour
Location - Leeds, Holbeck LS11
