• Experience in procurement or supplier management, or transferable skills from similar roles.
• Personal resilience and a track record of contributing to successful projects or initiatives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and support decision-making.
• A collaborative team member who can also work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• An interest in professional development—ideally working towards or keen to pursue a qualification with the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS).
