This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Scotland's great success stories in the UK digital agency arena - a leading, highly evolved full service digital marketing and change consultancy who has some pretty impressive global big name accounts.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Team Leader /
Head of Digital Marketing Manager, initially on a contract basis.

Day to day:
This role is integral to the successful running of the Marketing team. It manages the day-to-day operations of the team, working with them to ensure delivery across your portfolio of clients. The role will support the team to develop, implement, track, and optimise marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

Day to day:

Manage, mentor and motivate the marketing team to deliver high quality campaigns and results
Strive to deliver maximum profitability for the business, ensuring the team remain highly utilised, supporting with the completion of relevant reports to maintain visibility of relevant KPI's
Oversee the strategy for a group of key lead clients, working with the team to deliver campaigns in line with industry standards
Support the development of integrated marketing plans and budgets
Ensure the team provide achievable, engaging targets for our clients and support them to deliver these
Support the team in delivering consistent and accurate reports to monitor campaign results
Ensure all the team's time is logged daily in the time management system
Liaise with other internal departments, mainly client services, production and business development
You have proven experience across all aspects of digital marketing, and can easily demonstrate the benefits of integrated campaigns. Solid knowledge of SEO, PPC, Social Marketing etc. Ideally this will be from an agency perspective
You are a natural leader with at least 2 years' experience of managing, training and motivating a large team this is a team lead position and previous management experience is essential
You build great rapport with clients and relevant stakeholders
You are proficient at using industry leading tools, for example: Google Analytics 4, Google Ads and Google Campaign Manager
