Responsible for reporting the financial position at Strategic level to provide insight and highlight the key issues, risks and opportunities to the Regional Head, with the ability to convey a message and "tell the story" around financial information to non-financialexperts.

A global company with a presence in the UK, the London office is based in Clapham Junction and offers a hybrid working opportunity.

To lead the finance department and to lead the regional finance team. Being the face of finance for the region, representing and advocating for the department and company's interests.
Proven experience of performing complex financial analysis to interpret, explain and drive performance within the region. Utilising your highly developed influential skills. This may involve internal and external stakeholder contact, and customer-facing interaction.
The ability to provide financial strategic thinking and planning to the Regional Head across core financial disciplines.

Responsible for capital, revenue, cost, cash flow, payroll, preparation of management accounts and reporting and contribute to monitor,review and report on trends, patterns for the region.

Analyse projects and other initiatives to support company growth.
Strong management style, able to motivate the team, manage staff and identify any needs and training for the team. Knowledge of global accounting principles would be advantageous, with the 3-5 years' experience as a Financial Manager. A formal Finance Qualificationis desired, or an Accounting Degree.
