Senior Administrator with an award-winning firm of Independent Financial Advisors.

The job:

Your role is to support the advisory team with client portfolio management through:

Supporting the firm's advisers in completing non-client facing tasks in relation to the preparation and administration of recommendations being made.
Act as a main point of contact for clients.
Deal with client queries efficiently.
Manage client databases on the Back-Office CRM.
Process new business and service existing client business on a range of investment platforms.
Liaise and deal with investment, pensions and insurance companies.
Office administration generally including the use of Excel, updating databases and file scanning.

About you:

You will have at least 2 years' experience in an administration role, in a firm of Independent Financial Advisors, Financial Planners or Wealth Managers.

Additionally you will:

Have knowledge of and experience using Back-Office administration systems such as Intelligent Office or similar.
Have a positive attitude to work and colleagues.
Have a keen eye for detail.
Have great communication skills, written and verbal.
