Description

Complete all appropriate records and documentation as required by the departments policies and procedures to include food produced for the restaurant, vending and hospitality including items sold and wastage to assist with stock control.

Fill, replenish and clean the service counters, grab and go areas, and vending machines to the required standards.

Clean all surfaces and equipment in the kitchen, servery, dining area and stores in line with the Catering Food Safety and Hygiene Manual.

Carry out daily and weekly cleaning tasks as directed through the cleaning schedules and complete the required paperwork in accordance with the Catering Food Safety and Hygiene Manual.

Assist in the preparation, delivery, service and clearing of hospitality and mobile sales throughout the hospital, and carry out any associated cleaning tasks as and when required.
