Payroll Administrator - Key Responsibilities
- Understanding the payroll and pension processes
- To respond to pension and payroll queries in a timely manner
- Ensure timely and accurate data input
- Liaising with HMRC and pension funds where necessary
- The managing and administration of local government pension schemes and employees, making sure we are compliant
- Completing new starter and leaver forms for pension schemes
- Calculation and collation of employee and employer pension contributions
Payroll Administrator - Experience Required
- Knowledge of autoenrolment and pension processes
- Knowledge of payroll and processes
- Able to organise, plan, prioritise and manage time efficiently and effectively
- Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Good Microsoft Excel skills
