A lovely Hatfield based business is looking for a Pensions/ Payroll Administrator to join their small but friendly Payroll team.

Payroll Administrator - Key Responsibilities

  • Understanding the payroll and pension processes
  • To respond to pension and payroll queries in a timely manner
  • Ensure timely and accurate data input
  • Liaising with HMRC and pension funds where necessary
  • The managing and administration of local government pension schemes and employees, making sure we are compliant
  • Completing new starter and leaver forms for pension schemes
  • Calculation and collation of employee and employer pension contributions

Payroll Administrator - Experience Required

  • Knowledge of autoenrolment and pension processes
  • Knowledge of payroll and processes
  • Able to organise, plan, prioritise and manage time efficiently and effectively
  • Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Good Microsoft Excel skills
