Description
We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our highly successful Student Support team.

This role is the perfect fit for a proactive and flexible person capable of making a positive impact on our students.


Working directly with students, facilitating them to continue with their education and supporting them to be ready for work; you will collaborate closely with curriculum teams to deliver and plan targeted intervention sessions for vulnerable students insmall groups and 1:1.


You will have a shared responsibility for monitoring and supporting vulnerable students including those with mental health and wellbeing needs so empathy and a wider knowledge of specific needs is important.

If you do not already hold a Mental Health FirstAid qualification, training will be provided.


It is essential that you are a confident liaising with not only students, but also their parents/carers and wider professionals as the role will include multi-agency working.

This role will be term-time based at our Barnfield campuses, with occasional travel to other sites.

You'll have the full support of a dynamic team and opportunities to bring your ideas to the role.
