Communities for Work Plus (CfW+), is a Welsh Government programme tackling poverty through sustainable employment providing intensive employment mentoring and support services for people aged 16+.

The aim of improving motivation and confidence for individuals to consider long term employment opportunities.

Job Purpose:

A dual role that will lead and coordinate the training needs of customers aged 16+ on programme and to deliver employment related workshops and accredited courses when required.
To contribute to the design, delivery and performance of commissioned training programmes.
To prepare, deliver, assess and evaluate the course to the specified standard required by the service and the Awarding Organisations.
To ensure that administrative procedures relating to learner and class delivery are completed accurately and to agreed compliance based targets. To deliver some accredited courses when required
