About the role


We have an excellent opportunity for an Outdoor Activity Lead to join our Sports Team, to contribute to the delivery of the Trust physical education strategy, developing and implementing interventions that will deliver the aims of the strategy.

Supporting our school, this role is to support the improvement of our outdoor adventurous activity opportunities for all our students.


Reporting to the Sports Development Manager, you will manage the activity centre budget, support and monitor pupil's participation and progress, act as a lead in this area for all school within the Trust.

Additionally, providing first-aid within the outdoor activity setting.


You should have experience of leading outdoor sporting activities and hold RYA Senior Instructor and British Canoeing Union Level 2 qualifications as an essential requirement.

It would also be desirable for you to hold RYA Powerboat Instructor, Climbing Wall Association - Climbing Wall Award, Rock Climbing Instructor and Archery GB Instructor Award.
