Role Purpose:

To act as the Finance Business Partner to the Transformation team, supporting the successful Transformation of the company to meet our medium-term plan (MTP) and financial ambitions.

Responsibilities:

The position will report into the Transformation Director
Develop transformation financial tracking approach (including benefit realisation)
Support Leaders in driving the transformation of the finance function
Review and improve cost management of transformation programs budget tracking and forecasting of the c. 200millions over 35 years
Drive the company's Mid

- and Long-Term Planning in accordance with the transformation activities working with the FP&A lead and the in

Country Finance teams
Support the implementation of FP&A tool set
Support improving financial processes
Partner Process Mining and Automation activities
Coordinate the preparation of CFO decision making materials
Act as key member of the Transformation Office supporting on projects and reporting as required

Knowledge & Experience Required:

University degree + Commercial Finance background
3+ years of FP&A experience preferably in a multinational company
Experience in partnering or leading business transformation / change programs
Ability to keep an overview of the complete transformation activities (and set into financial context)
