The Head of Regulatory Engagement & Reporting will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements, and providing strategic guidance on regulatory affairs.

Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities
Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries and examinations
Provide strategic advice on regulatory matters to senior leadership
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and business units
Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports
Coordinate regulatory audits and examinations
Identify opportunities to enhance regulatory engagement processes
Implement improvements based on regulatory interactions
Produce high-quality reports and briefings for senior management
Develop the approach to regulatory and product assurance
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in senior regulatory roles
In-depth knowledge of financial regulations
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to improvement
