The Head of Regulatory Engagement & Reporting will be responsible for fostering positive relationships with regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with reporting requirements, and providing strategic guidance on regulatory affairs.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with regulatory authorities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory inquiries and examinations
  • Provide strategic advice on regulatory matters to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and business units
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports
  • Coordinate regulatory audits and examinations
  • Identify opportunities to enhance regulatory engagement processes
  • Implement improvements based on regulatory interactions
  • Produce high-quality reports and briefings for senior management
  • Develop the approach to regulatory and product assurance
  • Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in senior regulatory roles
  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to improvement
