Facilities Team Member
Location:
Bournemouth
Hours and Rota:37.5 hours per week. The role will be expected to work an 8 hour shift between 8am and 8pm Monday - Sunday.
Salary:
£24,475 - £27,225 per annum (depending on experience), plus bonus and benefits
Essential:
A full driving license valid for driving in the UK
What you'll be doing as a Facilities Team Member
- Resolving a variety of general maintenance issues and problems including basic plastering, window and door repairs, completing likeforlike electrical changes and basic plumbing
- Responding to any Health and Safety related calls
- Completing planned inspections and rectifying any remedial works
- Logging any maintenance issues and follow up accordingly

- The student experience is at the forefront of everything we do, so you'll be passionate about delivering top customer service
- You'll have experience working within general maintenance, basic plumbing and electrical skills desireable
- You'll have experience within a customer facing role
