The Vacancy

Apprentice Progression Coach

Depaul UK are now offering an Apprenticeship Programme aimed at people aged 16+ interested in working within the Social Care sector.

This Apprenticeship role will be based at our Supported Accommodation service in Willesden, North London (accessible by public transport and based a short walk from Willesden Green Station).

Joining us as an Apprentice offers you full-time; paid work for 15 months.

You will participate in a comprehensive training programme and benefit from the opportunity to gain an Adult Care Worker qualification.

In the role of apprentice, you will:

Develop the necessary skills knowledge and behaviour to manage a caseload; working with clients in a person-centred and psychologically informed way.
You will learn about various approaches to promoting wellbeing and recovery.
You will learn how to represent Depaul's Values in your work.
Develop the necessary skills and experience to work as part of the team to deliver the daytoday service alongside colleagues and external partners.
Work closely with the team to receive on the job learning; shadowing staff to observe how Depaul delivers evidencebased interventions to end homelessness, linking clients with a diverse range of multidisciplinary teams and resources.
You will complete a mixture of clientfacing work and formal learning whilst working towards a recognised qualification.
