Are you a maintenance expert? Do you excel in a busy working environment where accuracy is important? In this role, you will be required to ensure that maintenance repairs to homes are carried out to exacting cost, quality and time standards in accordance with the terms of the contracts.

Main Duties:

Inspecting properties where work has been requested before issuing to the contractor and post inspecting works completed by the contractor.
If professional qualifications in the building/architectural area are not available, a maintenance trade such as joiner, electrician, plumber or site foreman would be useful.
In technical, advisory, control and regulatory areas, this grade will decide for example if the work quality, materials etc are acceptable and to specification.
The post will give explanations of policy, procedures and regulations or resolve issues where doubt exists.

Personal Attributes:

At least one year of experience in a similar role.
At least 4 GCSEs including English and Maths.
IT/Microsoft Office Proficiency at beginner level.

Remuneration and Conditions of Assignment:

- £11.39 per hour

Fulltime, Temporaryongoing
9 am5 pm, Monday-Friday
Basic Access NI Required at a cost of £1
