Devon Integrated Care System (ICS) Retention Hub is an exciting new team, created to support our incredible people to be happy and fulfilled throughout their careers in health and social care.

The hub is passionate about great employee experience and the importance of staff wellbeing, career opportunities, personal development and individual staff journeys.

As Lead Legacy Mentor you will take overall responsibility for establishing and ensuring the successful delivery of our new legacy mentoring service across the Devon system.

The service is primarily designed to support newly qualified colleagues to enhance their clinical practice, at the same time as building their confidence through mentorship, coaching and practical support and guidance.

You will lead the new team of Legacy mentors and the Career Navigator to improve the overall experience of our people.

The Legacy Mentor team and Career Navigator will be based at County Hall in Exeter but will work across multiple locations with the team collectively providing services to One Devon.
