The Service Executive Team (SET) acts as centre of excellence for all account management functions in support of the Front Office to meet the clients' needs.
In this role you will support Private Banking Relationship Managers (RMs) and Client Service Executives (CSEs) in the day-to-day management of their clients, by performing a set of tasks as described in the objectives below.

Your key responsibilities
- Uphold the highest Private Banking standards for service quality
- Provide general support to Relationship Managers and Client Service Executives in their daytoday responsibilities, liaising with Operations, Lending and other teams where required. This will include, new portfolio setup, portfolio pricing setup, account activity monitoring, payments and asset transfers processing, Lombard loan processing and account closure management
- Resolve client inquiries in a timely and professional manner through effective interaction with RMs and CSEs and the respective internal stakeholders
- Uphold the highest conduct and regulatory standards to ensure all regulatory and compliance policies and procedures are met to mitigate risks and ensure that the Bank is fully protected
- Proactively look to streamline processes and promote initiatives to improve both client experience and remove internal deficiencies
- Support any department initiatives as required beyond the daytoday function
Your skills and experience
- Educated to degree level or equivalent qualification/relevant work experience
- United Kingdom regulatory qualifications preferred
- Previous relevant experience in a Private Banking/ Wealth Management support function mandatory
- Good understanding of Wealth Management products and services and regulatory environment
- Previous experience in using Avaloq
- Excellent communicator with a high degree of professionalism, ownership and accountability
