**Customer Service Advisor
Full time, 40 hours including weekends on rota
£19,760

Permanent, Lowestoft**Hales Group are supporting our client based Lowestoft for a full time Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and vibrant office where 2 days will never be the same.


Key responsibilities

  • You'll be speaking with customers via phone and digital touchpoints, building great rapport and working through any queries or concerns
  • Resolving queries quickly and efficiently from general questions to more complex cases, aiming for first contact resolution
  • Support managers with the completions of admin tasks
  • Work together collaboratively with all other departments

Skills and experience

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (word excel and outlook)
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Logical thinker with great problem solving skills
  • Experience in a customer service role
