Permanent, Lowestoft**Hales Group are supporting our client based Lowestoft for a full time Customer Service Advisor to join their busy and vibrant office where 2 days will never be the same.
Key responsibilities
- You'll be speaking with customers via phone and digital touchpoints, building great rapport and working through any queries or concerns
- Resolving queries quickly and efficiently from general questions to more complex cases, aiming for first contact resolution
- Support managers with the completions of admin tasks
- Work together collaboratively with all other departments
Skills and experience
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (word excel and outlook)
- Outstanding communication skills
- Able to work under pressure
- Logical thinker with great problem solving skills
- Experience in a customer service role
