Description

We are seeking a highly organized Admin/Production Assistant for our busy Bespoke department, working for the head of special projects.

If you have excellent computer and organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and able to use own initiative and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.


Responsibilities
Working on order tracking relating to procurement and sales.

Liaising with factories to manage delivery times, order status, transport etc.

Communicating with production team, helping manage numerous on going projects.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Full training and on-going training on technical aspects of products and all aspects of role.

Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly

£22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
