Job Purpose

  • The planning and delivery of teaching provision across a range of courses to meet set quality standards.
  • Assessment of learners in line with College and Awarding Organisation standards.
  • The provision of course management and tutorial support to ensure positive outcomes for learners.

Essential Attainments

  • A Levels or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline
  • GCSE grade A-C or equivalent qualification in Maths and English
  • Teacher Training Qualification or the willingness to undertake the courses required to gain this
  • Strong Administrative skills, including IT skills
  • A willingness to undertake continuing professional development
