VJ Technology are looking for a
Digital Web Administrator to join the team. This is a full time permanent role, hours are 40 per week, Mon-Fri.

Salary is dependent on experience. There is opportunity for some remote working but primarily based within head office Ashford Kent.

Your purpose
You will be supporting the VJT digital and marketing team across the groups 5 key websites. Managing everything from content placement, images, new pages, offers and data to general site administration and more. Ensuring our group companies and brands are digitally visible, relevant, and up to date at all times. Delivering and supporting general site maintenance as well as dynamic, targeted specific campaigns to the B2B and B2C sectors.

This role is part of a fast-growing team aimed at serving new and existing customers across the various sites in support of growing overall digital sales revenues and market share within the UK and Global marketplaces.

Your day-to-day role

Managing product information onto our sites.
Birthing new products and offers and bundles onto the platforms.
Managing our image library.
Management of pricing and product data.
General site maintenance and administration.
Delivering site reporting, analytics and trends.
Online Competitor analysis to monitor promotional deals and activity.

Skills you possess:

Strong Analytical and problemsolving skills.
Technically digitally proficient in MS products, especially Excel.
Experience of the Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop would be an added benefit.
Experience with ecommerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce and CMS systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Taking initiative and working without continuous supervision.

Experience with social marketing platforms would also be advantageous.

£21,175.00-£25,000.00 per year
