As part of the redesign to unplanned mental health services in Doncaster we are able to offer a rare opportunity for motivated professionals to join Doncaster Crisis Resolution Team.

The role will involve the triage assessment and intervention of service users in crisis and will involve telephone, home visits and assessments in A&E.

As part of the Crisis Resolution Service we have opened a brand new Crisis Assessment Unit (PDU), located on the Tickhill Road Site in Doncaster.

The facility is open 24/7 and provides an extended chair-based crisis assessment for 2-3 people who are experiencing acute mentioned distress and crisis.

This will allow comprehensive assessment and formulation to determine if admission is clinically indicated or treatment within the wider community.

We are seeking to recruit dynamic and positive practitioners to support in this new service.

We are looking to recruit a permanent Band 6 qualified practitioner who is enthusiastic and highly motivated to join our busy team and who has a passion and desire to work with individuals in crisis within the community delivering a caring and safe service.

We are looking for passionate, reliable and progressive staff who work within a strengths and recovery based approach.
