Location:
Homebased but with some travel to Chorley HQ (as and when required)

Salary:
£30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent upon experience)


Reporting to:
HR Manager


Providing support to:
MTT Management Team


Scope of role:


Key Accountabilities / Deliverables:


  • Reviewing and selecting suitable advertising options.
  • Act as a point of contact for all resourcing issues and matters
  • Recommend ways to improve the employer brand
  • Advise hiring managers on interviewing techniques
  • Ensure all vacancies have an up to date job description
  • Liaising with managers to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs

  • Good organisational skills with a methodical approach to work
  • Strong relationship building and communication skills

Qualifications / Experience:


  • Previous recruiting experience, with knowledge of recruiting options
  • Excellent understanding of recruitment processes
  • Experience of recruiting for multiple vacancies
  • Job interviewing skills

Pay and Benefits:


  • Salary: £30,000 £35,000 per annum (dependent upon experience)
