TEMPORARY 1-1 SUPPORT ASSISTANT (MATHS SPECIALIST)
**SALARY:
- Grade 4, SCP 9 £9,577.76 up to £15, FTE £23,194)****HOURS:
- Minimum 18 up to 30 hours per week, 39 weeks per year. 8.45 am to 3.30 pm 6 hours per day**

This is an exciting opportunity to join as a 1-1 Support Assistant (Maths Specialist) and be part of a hardworking and friendly Mathematics faculty.
It is also essential to be a team-player but also able to work with minimum supervision, knowing when to seek support and advice.
You will need to be calm, patient and firm, with an ability to empathise with students who find Mathematics difficult.
You should have a flexible approach to all aspects of the job role.You will need to have good communication skills and be able to foster good working relationships with students and colleagues.
You will have excellent organisational skills.
The successful applicant is required to have a good working knowledge of Microsoft products, English GCSE Grade C or above and an A level in Maths or relevant experience.
Temporary Fixed Term Contract until 31st August 2024.
