What are the responsibilities of an Online Property Valuer?


You will be 100% online based and have dedicated portfolio of warm leads, from vendors who have requested a quote from us for their property.


  • You will need to react to these enquires. Proactively contacting customers who wish to sell their home with British Homebuyers.
  • Guide customers through our services. Offering a desktop valuation against the services we offer. From buying direct to helping them achieve a quicksale online.
  • Provide a valuation of the property that meets the needs and expectations of the customer. Your earning potential is uncapped across all the products and services we offer.
  • Your objective is to provide excellent customer service and advice, with the view of converting valuation requests into direct purchases or instructions to sell.
  • Full training provided, no prior property experience required, though beneficial.

Benefits:


  • Competitive basic salary of £25,000 £30,000
  • OTE of £40,000 £45,000

Salary:
£25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
