Customer Care Operative

Location:
Hertfordshire/West London/Oxford

Salary:
£36-38k per year + Bonus scheme + Pension + healthcare

Work days:
Monday-Friday

Work Hours: 8am-5pm


Our client is a top tier property development company, who are looking for a customer care operative to expand the team in a growing region.


Expectations

  • Completion of repairs swiftly
  • Travel to the various locations
  • Follow the processes and procedures
  • Build relationships with subcontractors, customers, suppliers, customer service team.
  • Experience with a property developer
  • Strong decorator, tiling, painting, multitrade

Measured on

  • Excellent standards
  • Understanding the needs of the customer and delivering on promises
  • Customer satisfaction surveys
  • Cost efficiency

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£36,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
