Reporting to the General Manager


Job description

  • Preparing, writing and scheduling service orders for customers ensuring any updates are actioned and amended.
  • Preparing and producing quotes for new and existing customers.
  • Updating our bespoke scheduling software, entering and maintaining data.
  • Monitoring service activity, to look at potential 'up sell' opportunities.
  • Ensuring all our inhouse systems are monitored and kept up to date on a daily basis.
  • Developing and maintaining good customer relations with new and existing clients/suppliers.
  • Managing operational administration.
  • Keeping up to date with current industry pricing and ensuring our scheduling system reflects this.
  • Negotiating with suppliers.
  • Representing the company at trade shows and events
  • Assisting the team with adhoc duties.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £25,000.00 per year
