Where you come in:


As the Head of Talent Operations, you will be responsible for leading and managing the performance of the Talent Agency, including overseeing the full team structure and delivery, as well as supporting the hiring of A-Players and facilitating their development.

Additionally, you will provide guidance in managing high-level creators, optimise internal processes for efficiency, and ensure consistent achievement of revenue targets, collaborating closely with the COO on budgeting, planning, and identifying growth opportunities.


The Work

Team Management:

Drive and manage the performance of the Talent Agency, overseeing full team structure and delivery.

Team Development:

Supporting the hiring of a team of A-Players and facilitating their development. Providing guidance for internal team members' progression.

Overseeing High-Level Creators:

Provide support and direction in managing our creators, particularly VIP or high-level creators.

Processes:

Optimising internal processes leading to an efficient team of talent managers.

Commercial Growth:

Oversee team delivery in ensuring revenue targets are consistently hit. Drive revenue growth across our roster of Creators through direction of team.

Revenue & Planning:

Work closely with COO on preparing budgets and plans, while identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.

Project Management:

Establish goals, quarterly OKRs and other KPIs for ongoing team management and company-wide communication.

Skills and Experience
You are an experienced people-oriented team leader with proven track record in managing a growing team
You have 5+ years of talent agency or influencer consultancy business experience, demonstrating a proven track record of leadership skills and previous experience managing teams
You possess a strong interest in and passion for the Creator Economy, with intriguing opinions on and insight into the industry
You're an excellent communicator, with the ability to glue a group together through both the spoken and written word
